Social media plugins from Facebook are used to personalise visits to our website. For this, we use the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button. This is an offer from Facebook.
When you call up a web page on our Internet site that includes a plugin of this type, your browser establishes a direct connection with Facebook servers. The plugin's content will be directly transmitted from Facebook to your browser, which will integrate it into the website.
By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that you have called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged on to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.

The Instagram plugin will tell Instagram that you have accessed our pages. If you are logged into your Instagram account, Instagram assigns your visit to our pages to your Instagram account and stores this data on Instagram servers in the USA.
If you do not want Instagram to associate your visit to our pages with your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website.

Twitter receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Twitter "tweet button" while logged in to your Twitter account, you can link the content of our pages to your Twitter profile. This allows Twitter to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, press the "Google +" button, this information is also transmitted directly to a Google server and stored there.
